Meet Stacey Cromie

When I became a mum, I thought I was prepared. I had read the books, taken the classes, and felt excited for what was to come. But nothing could have prepared me for the emotional storm that followed—grief, exhaustion, anxiety, and a deep sense of being unanchored in a world that had suddenly changed.

Just six weeks into my pregnancy, both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer. My father passed away when my baby was 11 months old. I was living in a new city, far from family and friends, trying to navigate the early months of motherhood while quietly grieving one of the biggest losses of my life.

What got me through wasn’t just time—it was the decision to look inward. I discovered the power of the subconscious mind and began learning about the incredible tools that allow us to gently rewire how we think, feel, and respond to life. That’s when I found hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)—and everything changed. With my background in teaching, health, wellness, and psychology, I now blend science-backed tools with intuitive care to create a warm, nurturing space where your story matters and your healing journey is honoured.

What is hypnotherapy and how can it help you?

What is NLP and why does it work so well?

NLP is like a user’s manual for the mind. It gives you practical tools to understand how your thoughts, language, and beliefs shape your experience—and how to shift them. Using NLP techniques, we can break through limiting beliefs, stop negative thought cycles, and reprogram your mindset for clarity, confidence, and peace.

What to expect

Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness where your body relaxes and your subconscious mind becomes more open to helpful suggestions and change. You’re always in control, and most clients describe it as deeply calming, like a guided
meditation with purpose.

Each session begins with a relaxed conversation to clarify your goals. Then we
